Role Description


  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through chat, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage chat-based business development processes with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Generate qualified leads through chat, cold emailing, research, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Handle client acquisition, partnership outreach, and negotiation for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client/partner relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Update and manage client databases, lead lists, and communication records.
  • Stay updated on crypto, blockchain, fintech, and Web3 trends to pitch relevant solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or related sales roles.
  • Excellent written English communication and strong chat-handling skills. (Speaking not mandatory)
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3 domains (preferred).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
