Location: Sector 62, Noida Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 10am – 7pm Reports To: Founder About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and growth across two verticals—Recruiting Genie LLP (Recruitment Services) and Accounting Genie LLP (Accounting & Compliance Services). This role is ideal for someone who understands service-based B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and is excited about working directly with the Founder in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setup. Key Responsibilities: Business Development – Recruiting Genie LLP · Identify and connect with startups, SMEs, and founders who need hiring support · Pitch services like Contingency Hiring, RPO, GenieFlex, and Background Verification · Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction Business Development – Accounting Genie LLP · Target business owners needing bookkeeping, GST/TDS/ITR/payroll compliance, or Liaising & Representation help · Present bundled solutions like Virtual CFO services or monthly compliance plans · Maintain follow-ups, share proposals, and close deals with decision-makers Common BD Activities · Build and manage a pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and referrals · Schedule and attend sales meetings (in person or virtual) · Maintain CRM records, update trackers, and prepare sales reports · Represent the company at networking events, expos, and client meetings (local & outstation) Requirements: · 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition · Strong communication and negotiation skills · Comfortable with outbound outreach and proposal writing · Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken) · Open to field visits and client travel as required · Prior exposure to HR/Recruitment or Accounting/Compliance services is a plus Personality Fit: · Self-driven and eager to learn · Comfortable handling multiple verticals and shifting priorities · Enjoys working closely with the founder/team and taking ownership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have prior 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition?
