Business Development Engineer

As a Sales & Business Development Executive / Engineer at our Crane Manufacturing / Material Handling Equipment company located in Chakan MIDC, Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across key industrial segments. If you have experience in industrial B2B sales, particularly in crane, heavy engineering, or material handling equipment, this opportunity is tailored for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, emails, client visits, and market research. - Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Understand client needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and on-site visits. - Manage and monitor sales pipelines to meet or exceed targets. - Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. - Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration. - Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales, with a preference for Crane/Material Handling background. - Demonstrate a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. - Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Capable of managing multiple clients and priorities concurrently. - Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
