Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Business Development Engineer to join our UPS Division at our Raipur location. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical/technical systems and a keen interest in sales and client relations. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UPS segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• Good technical understanding of UPS systems and power backup solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for business development.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
