About the Role

We are seeking proactive and result-oriented Business Development Engineers to strengthen our vendor partnership network across India and overseas. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and enthusiastic professionals who are comfortable engaging with corporate clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors and strategic partners.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing vendors.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and vendor meetings in India and abroad.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor partnerships with business goals.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and performance summaries for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Branches - Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electronics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Outspoken, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.
• Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or a related role will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
