ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Promote and sell of Sensors, Vision camera, encoder, and automation systems.
2. Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales service.
3. Prepare quotations and system configurations.
4. To communicate and work closely with Principal, technical team for application solutions.
5. Conduct product presentations and training for clients.
6. Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
7. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
8. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, pricing quotations, and tenders.
9. Offer post-sales support to ensure seamless installation, integration, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
10. Work closely with internal teams (technical, project management, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction
