Profile: Business Development / Sales & Marketing Positions: 3 Locations: Mumbai or Pune (1) , Vadodara (1), NCR (1) We are looking for a Business Development / Sales & Marketing Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling engineering services. Shall be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. As a Business Development / Sales & Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for selling engineering services to new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers in order to drive high renewal rates and customer satisfaction levels. Your success will be measured by factors such as new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. To excel in this role, you are required to have an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical fields, along with 5-8 years of proven work experience as a Sales/Marketing Engineer. You should have a successful track record of selling engineering products, solutions, or services to OEMs, EPCs, and End Users. Strong networking skills within the industry and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior executives are essential. Knowledge in e-tendering, excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, creativity, and willingness to travel as per business needs are also expected. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, acquiring new customers, creating and maintaining a Sales Funnel, preparing and finalizing proposals, delivering presentations, managing technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, gathering competition intelligence, and maintaining customer relationships through CRM. Key account management will also be a part of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, and the option to work from home. The work schedule is in the morning shift with a performance bonus offered. A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, proficiency in English, and willingness to travel up to 50% are required.
