Sales Support Executive

1. Order Processing

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate order confirmations with the customer and sales team

2. Handling Enquiries

• Respond to customer and internal sales team enquiries promptly
• Provide product and order information as required

3. Payment Follow-Up

• Coordinate with customers for timely payment collection
• Share payment status updates with the accounts and sales team

4. Material Follow-Up

• Track and follow up on material availability and dispatch timelines
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure material readiness

5. Customer Queries

• Address and resolve customer queries related to orders, products, or delivery
• Escalate issues where necessary for timely resolution

6. Sales Team Queries

• Support the sales team by addressing their queries related to orders, stock, and customer communication

7. Coordination with Warehouse Team

• Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and dispatch schedules
• Share order requirements and dispatch details for timely processing

8. New Customer Documentation (Vendor Registration)

• Collect and verify documentation for new customer onboarding
• Complete vendor registration processes as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
