Business Development Engineer

As a Business Development Engineer for Vendor Partnerships, your role involves strengthening the vendor partnership network across India and overseas. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new vendors and strategic partners. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing vendors. Your duties will include conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners. You will represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and vendor meetings both in India and abroad. Collaboration with internal teams to align vendor partnerships with business goals is crucial, and you will also be expected to prepare reports, proposals, and performance summaries for management review. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential. As an ideal candidate, you should possess an outspoken, confident, and self-motivated personality. Extensive travel across India and internationally is expected, so willingness to travel is necessary. Previous experience in business development, vendor management, or a related role would be advantageous.
