As a Business Development Engineer, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage business development activities, and collaborate on sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include analysing market trends, developing proposals, negotiating client contracts, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to driving growth and advancing the company’s innovative energy solutions in both existing and emerging markets. Key Requirements Strong proficiency in New Business Development. Effective Communication and Analytical Skills for market and client analysis. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships aligned with business goals. Background in Energy, Oil & Gas , or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work on-site and collaborate across teams to drive business growth. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering 1–3 years’ experience in Business Development (EPC , O&G, or Energy sector preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel frequently
