Job Profile: INDIA+Global Sales Engineer / Sales Manager (DESK JOB) Company: Neometrix Defence Limited Industry: Defence and Aerospace (High-technology mechanical equipment and customized Test Benches and Ground Support Equipment for Global Defence & Aerospace and NUCLEAR Industry) Location: NOIDA (DESK JOB) Position Overview: Neometrix Defence Limited, a pioneer in designing and manufacturing high-tech mechanical testing machines, Ground Support Equipments and customized equipment for the defence and aerospace industries, is seeking a INDIA + Global Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to oversee and expand its key client portfolio across INDIA+global markets. The role is crucial in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet the specific needs of major defence and aerospace clients. There will be personal written Test and interview at company head office in Noida on every Saturdays & Sundays. This profile is designed to attract high-caliber candidates with keen interest & strong abilities in high value equipment sales (INDIA +international) sales, particularly those with expertise in managing large accounts within the defence, aerospace & nuclear industries. Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with global key accounts in defense and aerospace sectors, Nuclear Energy, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Lead the global sales strategy for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, driving market penetration, and ensuring alignment with Neometrixs business objectives. Global Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new markets across Canada, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by leveraging industry networks and knowledge of defense procurement processes. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to design and present customized test benches and mechanical equipment solutions that meet specific client requirements. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with high-value clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining long-term business relationships. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, manage account budgets, and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management. International Travel: Travel globally to meet with key clients, attend industry events, and represent Neometrix at trade shows and conferences. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with global sales goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Key Requirements: Experience: We are looking for high energy, high potential candidates with keen interest in INDIA+international sales. 0+ years of experience in international sales and key account management, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors. Fresh Engineers / MBAs are Welcome. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and closing high-value sales contracts, ideally within the defense or aerospace industries. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-tech mechanical equipment, including test benches, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic solutions relevant to defense and aerospace applications. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to effectively present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close large-scale deals in global markets. Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively across diverse markets and cultures, with an understanding of global defense procurement regulations and processes. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Skills: Defense/Aerospace Expertise: Keen interest and ability to work with defense customers, aerospace manufacturers, or government agencies is highly desirable. Network in Defense & Aerospace: Established network of contacts within the defense and aerospace sectors to drive business development. Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
