Role Description This is a full-time Executive Operations and Business Development role with Paridhi Engineers. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as managing operations, overseeing business development activities, and cultivating relationships with clients meeting them at their office locations across India. Skills and Qualifications Needed are mentioned Below Any Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil , Mechanical Engineering ( Must ) along with MBA ( Optional ) MS - Office Proficiency New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication Skills written and verbal both.
