Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and facilitating training programs. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and ensure a positive work environment.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Proficiency in using HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
