Purchase Order (PO) Creation Prepare accurate and timely Purchase Orders in Tally (Prime/ERP). Ensure correct item descriptions, GST rates, vendor details, and quantity checks. Maintain neat documentation and digital records of all POs. 2. Vendor & Supplier Coordination Communicate daily with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, quotations, and clarifications. Track orders until delivery; coordinate with stores/engineering teams. Follow up aggressively for pending items, materials, and documents. 3.
