Position: Business Development Trainee Location: Gurugram, Haryana Preferred Gender - Female Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
