As a Business Development Manager at our company, your main responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking, and targeted cold calling. You will need to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies and remain competitive. Your role will involve developing, executing, and managing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales. Additionally, you will create compelling content and design email sequences that resonate with potential clients. Crafting personalized cold emails to engage prospects, initiate conversations, and set up meetings will also be a key part of your job. Utilizing A/B testing to optimize open rates, response rates, and conversions will help in enhancing the effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients is crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Tracking and analyzing the performance of email campaigns, as well as managing interactions with potential clients using CRM tools, will be essential tasks. Ensuring a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel is also part of your responsibilities. Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our IT services and solutions, will help in driving sales. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective lead generation campaigns, leveraging insights from email marketing performance, is important. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, campaign performance, and forecasts to senior management will be required. Using analytics to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes will be crucial for achieving success in this role. Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You should have 7 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, email marketing, and cold emailing, preferably within a service-based IT company. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Gmass, Apollo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and data analytics tools is required. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for this role. You should have a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns are also important. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and manage time effectively is crucial. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
