💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000/month + Incentives

In this role, you'll be a key player in expanding our presence in the UAE and beyond, identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

🧠 What You’ll Do

✅ Drive strategic sales growth and revenue targets

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Identify market trends and generate qualified leads

✅ Lead proposal presentations and close deals

✅ Mentor and support junior BD executives

✅ Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing & delivery teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years in Business Development (IT services domain a must)

✔ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✔ Experience in cold calling, outreach, CRM (HubSpot is a plus)

✔ Proven track record of target achievement

✔ UAE IT sales experience & valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
