We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to join us on a commission basis. Your main responsibility will be to bring in new clients to our agency. Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients who need marketing services

Pitch our agency’s offerings and convert leads into clients

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business

Report regularly on progress and leads

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition

Background in a marketing agency or similar environment preferred

Strong communication and networking skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
