Job Description – Luxury Bath ware Consultant

Position Overview

The Luxury Bath ware Consultant will manage sales and customer experience in a premium showroom featuring high-end sanitaryware and bath fittings from global brands like Kohler, Roca, and Grohe. The role focuses on personalised customer engagement, design-oriented product guidance, and end-to-end sales coordination.

Qualifications - Education (Any one):

• B.E. Civil
• B. Arch
• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• MBA (Marketing/Retail)
• Interior Designing

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing
• 3–5 years in high-end retail preferred
• Essential: Knowledge of sanitaryware & bath fittings

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage premium customers with a warm, personalised approach.
• Understand client needs, design preferences, and project details (new home/renovation).
• Present luxury sanitaryware and bath fittings with strong product knowledge and storytelling.
• Provide design guidance on finishes, colours, and product compatibility.
• Prepare customised product selections, quotations, and solution proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors for technical and design inputs.
• Maintain showroom display standards and ensure all products are presented elegantly.
• Offer pre-installation guidance and handle customer queries related to site requirements.
• Follow up professionally to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Manage order processing, documentation, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Support after-sales service and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on brand launches, product features, and design trends.

• Knowledge of bath fittings and sanitaryware
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, etc.

Salary

• ₹4.2 LPA for candidates meeting minimum qualifications
• ₹6 LPA for experienced candidates (including incentives)
• Includes PF, ESI, and statutory benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
