Job Description

As a female professional with prior experience in a Recruitment Consulting Firm, you have the opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Client Acquisition and Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing key accounts within the Hiring and HR Outsourcing practices. Your main focus will be on revenue growth, recruitment delivery frameworks, and maintaining strong relationships with high-value enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end acquisition for Project Hiring and Permanent Mandates. - Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach, industry networks, and proactive prospecting. - Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with high-value enterprise clients. - Utilize existing relationships to generate immediate business opportunities. - Develop a robust pipeline to sustain continuous business growth. Client Management & Key Accounts: - Serve as the primary relationship owner for key clients. - Maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution. - Build long-term client relationships based on trust and mutual success. - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, multi-location hiring, project expansions, and contract staffing. - Conduct regular review meetings and performance updates with clients. Additional Details: The compensation package for this role includes a mix of Fixed Salary, Revenue Share, and additional profit share at the end of the fiscal year. The job types available are Full-time, Permanent, or Freelance with a contract length of 12 months.
