Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 5 PM (yes, we value balance)

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Research, identify, and connect with potential clients using strategic outreach methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

• Market Intelligence:

  Analyse industry trends to position our offerings effectively and stay ahead of competitors.

• Client Engagement:

  Understand client needs deeply and craft personalized proposals that address their unique challenges.

• Deal Closure:

  Negotiate agreements that are mutually beneficial and ensure a long-lasting partnership.

• Relationship Building:

  Cultivate strong relationships for repeat business and referrals, making every interaction impactful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within L&D or team-building sectors.

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients at every level.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and a strategic mindset to spot and act on opportunities.
