  • 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in embedded hardware, electronics manufacturing, or IoT systems Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing six- to seven-figure deals on commission structure Deep network of decision-makers within target industries (industrial automation, healthcare devices, telecom, etc
  • ) Strong technical acumen to quickly understand and position complex hardware/firmware offerings Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage an independent sales territory Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to penetrate new accounts in industrial automation, medical devices, and IoT applications
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients Qualify leads through market research, discovery calls, and on-site meetings to ensure alignment with RapidCircuitry-s solutions Present technical proposals and cost estimates; lead negotiations to secure favorable contract terms Collaborate with our internal engineering and project teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth handover post-sale Track and report on sales KPIs-pipeline velocity, win rates, deal size-and continuously refine your approach Represent Rapid
  • Circuitry at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops to showcase our capabilities Coordinate discovery calls and product demos with prospects and sales engineers Prepare sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies & proposal templates Track outreach metrics (open rates, response rates) and recommend optimizations Support market analysis: competitor benchmarking, pricing trends & partner ecosystem mapping
  • Present research findings and progress updates in weekly sales meetings As a seasoned Business Development Consultant at RapidCircuitry, you will leverage your deep industry network and proven sales expertise to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities for our embedded hardware and IoT solutions
  • Working on a commission-only basis, you-ll act as an extension of our sales force-owning your pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting through contract negotiation
