You’ll identify opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and empower clients with tailored training solutions that drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research, identify, and connect with potential clients using strategic outreach methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends to position our offerings effectively and stay ahead of competitors. Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply and craft personalized proposals that address their unique challenges. Deal Closure: Negotiate agreements that are mutually beneficial and ensure a long-lasting partnership. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships for repeat business and referrals, making every interaction impactful. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within L&D or team-building sectors. A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients at every level. Proficiency in CRM tools and a strategic mindset to spot and act on opportunities.
