Role Overview As a Business Development Consultant at HOS Bharat, you will play a key role in driving our consulting practice by engaging with startups, identifying growth opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding founders through their funding and business growth journey, while also contributing to the overall expansion of HOS Bharat’s services. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard startups, entrepreneurs, and businesses seeking consulting and funding support. Engage with founders to understand their requirements across funding, legal, compliance, and business growth. Develop tailored proposals, for clients in collaboration with the consulting team. Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Represent HOS Bharat in startup events, networking forums, and ecosystem partnerships. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports, ensuring clear visibility of progress and performance. Contribute to HOS Bharat’s mission of being a trusted partner for startups from ideation to scale-up. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or startup ecosystem engagement. To Develop a strong understanding of funding mechanisms, startup lifecycle, and ecosystem stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to think strategically, create value-driven solutions, and close opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite; exposure to CRM and project management tools preferred.
