We operate as a consulting-led execution partner, helping clients design, build, and scale immersive solutions across training, simulations, digital twins, visualization, and interactive platforms.


Our approach is problem-first and outcome-driven. Every engagement is custom-built around the client’s business objectives, not product templates. As we scale our global services footprint, we are looking to onboard a Business Development Consultant who will own revenue generation end-to-end.


Role Overview


The Business Development Consultant is a core revenue role responsible for driving new business growth at Digital Agents Interactive. This role owns the complete sales lifecycle from market opportunity identification and outbound lead generation to solution positioning, proposal management, and deal closure.


This is a consultative B2B services sales role, not transactional selling. You will work closely with founders, delivery teams, and solution architects to convert complex client requirements into scalable, high-value AR/VR/AI engagements.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth


  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and geographies.
  • Own assigned revenue targets and drive predictable pipeline and deal closures.
  • Build and manage a structured sales funnel aligned with company growth goals.
  • Strategize market entry, ICP prioritization, and account-based selling approaches.


Lead Generation & Outbound Sales


  • Plan, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and sales automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy).
  • Engage decision-makers through structured, personalized outreach.
  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and sequences to improve response and conversion rates.


Sales Pipeline & Client Management


  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to contract closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls, solution discussions, follow-ups, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.


Solution Positioning & Proposals


  • Understand client business problems and position AR/VR/AI solutions in a consultative manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, estimates, solution architectures, and commercials.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions, delivery approach, timelines, and pricing.


Partnerships & Market Intelligence


  • Identify potential partners, resellers, and strategic collaborators.
  • Build and manage channel and referral partnerships to support revenue growth.
  • Share market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence with leadership.


Experience & Qualifications


  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue roles.
  • Prior experience in B2B services, technology services, consulting, or digital solutions is preferred.


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, services-driven environment.


Technical Orientation


  • Basic to intermediate understanding of AR, VR, XR, AI, or related technologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Experience contributing to proposals or solution documentation is a strong plus.


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification is an advantage.

Phase-Based Responsibility Scope


Phase 1: Current Stage


  • Single-owner role covering lead generation, sales conversations, solution positioning, and closures.
  • Focus on building a strong, qualified pipeline and closing early-stage revenue.


Phase 2: Scale-Up Stage


  • Gradual transition of lead generation and qualification to SDR or junior BD support.
  • Increased focus on enterprise deals, complex engagements, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
