Role Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Reality Product Designer to join our immersive technology team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and high-fidelity VR experiences for training, simulation, and enterprise applications. This role blends UX design, interaction design, and spatial thinking to create next-gen virtual environments Qualifications Lead the design of user-centered VR interfaces, interactions, and environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, 3D artists, and product managers to define VR product experiences. Translate user needs and business objectives into compelling VR design concepts and wireframes. Design and prototype immersive interactions using tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebXR platforms. Conduct user testing sessions in virtual environments and iterate based on feedback. Maintain consistent visual and interaction design standards across VR products. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with at least 1 year in AR/VR projects. Strong portfolio showcasing VR design projects, spatial UI, and immersive interactions. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Blender, Adobe XD) and VR prototyping platforms. Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine, particularly for XR applications. Deep understanding of spatial design principles, user ergonomics in VR, and motion/UI design. Experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical domain is an added advantage Work in a collaborative environment with other team members to ensure a quality product outcome Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment.
