Job Description

HashRoot is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to support our global sales and business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to scalable go-to-market strategies for managed IT services and technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across national and international markets.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support sales strategy development.
  • Engage with potential clients, including enterprises and mid-market companies, to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align business proposals with client objectives.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process: from lead generation and qualification through proposal and negotiation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen HashRoot’s market presence.
  • Assist in forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure alignment with company targets.
  • Represent HashRoot in client meetings, online events, and networking platforms to enhance visibility.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition, preferably in Managed IT Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and support sales closures.
  • Experience working with international clients and multi-geography markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and support sales strategy adjustments.
  • Ability to work independently in a consultative capacity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
