Role Overview:

Education Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on course options, admission process, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
Achieve admission targets and support marketing initiatives.
Maintain records of inquiries and counseling sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education: HSC / Graduate (any discipline).
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication in Hindi/English (regional language added advantage).
Persuasive and approachable personality.
Target-driven and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
