As we expand our reach in India, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to help us grow partnerships with gyms, studios, yoga schools, and fitness centres nationwide — taking pole and aerial fitness to new heights across the subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new gyms, studios, yoga schools, fitness centres, and wellness spaces as X-POLE partners.
• Drive sales of X-POLE and Mighty Grip products across India through B2B and institutional partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with studio owners, fitness trainers, and community leaders.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets — with incentives and bonuses for exceeding goals.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, product demos, and workshops in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Research and report on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities in the fitness ecosystem.
• Work closely with internal teams on proposals, quotations, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent X-POLE India at fitness events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — both in person and digitally.
• Strong organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to clients, leading meetings, and representing the brand professionally.
• Knowledge of the Indian fitness and wellness industry — particularly gyms, studios, and yoga schools — is essential.
• A passion for fitness and an interest in pole and aerial arts is a major plus.
