CRM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to oversee, optimise, and scale our customer relationship systems across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle, improving automation workflows, and ensuring seamless data flow between key systems including Zendesk, Klaviyo, Zapier, and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the company’s CRM strategy to improve customer experience, retention, and engagement.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Zendesk, Klaviyo, Zapier, WordPress, and other platforms to ensure efficient data syncing and automated workflows.
• Build targeted email segments, flows, and campaigns within Klaviyo based on customer behaviour, support history, and purchase patterns.
• Oversee Zendesk setup, ensuring helpdesk workflows, automations, macros, and reporting function smoothly.
• Use Zapier to create, troubleshoot, and refine automations that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain CRM and website data integrity by collaborating with the digital, support, and marketing teams.
• Analyse customer data to provide actionable insights, identify opportunities, and contribute to decision-making.
• Ensure best-in-class customer journeys across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CRM systems and integrating tools like Zendesk, Klaviyo, Zapier, and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automation logic.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and confidence working with APIs, integrations, and third-party apps.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,667.79 - ₹49,259.14 per month

• Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
