Job Description

As a CRM Executive/CRM Manager in the FMCG industry, your role involves managing customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, implementing loyalty programs, and supporting sales growth through data-driven CRM strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure timely resolution. - Update and maintain the customer database (B2B/B2C) in the CRM system. - Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to track orders, deliveries, returns, and service issues. - Implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and engagement campaigns. - Generate CRM MIS reports on customer trends, complaints, repeat orders, churn rate, and more. - Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor key CRM KPIs such as response time, complaint closure rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and repeat purchase rate. In this role, you will be working full-time at the designated in-person work location.,
