We are looking for a highly creative and multi-talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team in India and drive our visual brand identity, content creation, and digital marketing success. The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on designer who can seamlessly blend graphic design with multimedia production and content creation. This is a versatile role where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual content across all our digital platforms, driving engagement, and directly supporting our sales and marketing campaigns. You will be working closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure your vision is aligned. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

Graphic Design:

Create visually stunning and on-brand graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), website banners, email campaigns, and print materials. Visual Identity:

Design and develop new visual elements, including logos and branding assets, ensuring strict consistency with global X-Pole brand guidelines while maintaining a local, relevant Indian aesthetic. Illustration & Infographics:

Develop original illustrations and engaging infographics for product guides, informational content, and promotional materials. Multimedia & Content Production Motion Graphics & Animation:

Create captivating animations and motion graphics (short-form videos/Reels) to explain products, highlight features, and enhance storytelling. Video & Image Editing:

Handle all aspects of post-production for both images and videos, including color correction, retouching, sound editing, and adding text overlays/graphics. Content Capture:

Take ownership of generating original visual content by capturing high-quality photo and video content of our products, events, and sponsored athletes, primarily for digital use. Marketing & Advertising Digital Advertising:

Design high-converting, engaging visual assets for paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads). Creative Strategy:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with marketing goals and product launches in the Indian market. What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects. Proven ability to create engaging, short-form video content suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital media best practices. Experience with on-site content capture (photography and videography), including a working knowledge of lighting and composition. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience working with an e-commerce or fitness/sports equipment brand is a plus.
