Hands-on experience in sales and business development within a growing startup

Conduct webinars to present Unified Mentors programs to prospects
Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to business objectives
Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new sales strategies
Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year of experience are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude with a results-driven approach
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients
Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage evolving priorities
Fixed stipend of 15,000 per month + Incentives during the training period
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity upon successful completion of 3 months
Practical exposure to sales, client handling, and business growth strategies
A strong foundation to build a long-term career in sales and business development
