Job Summary We are seeking a smart, professional, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Business Development Associate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building long-term business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (retail shops, restaurants, tea stalls, etc.) in the region. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Achieve defined weekly and monthly sales targets consistently. Execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and local outreach activities. Conduct field visits, product presentations, and follow-ups. Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends. Support the business in brand-building activities and local marketing initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (FMCG / retail experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong goal orientation and ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting.
