Location: Onsite – Lucknow Job Title: Management Trainee – Lead Generation & Business Development Role Description Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a robust lead database. Qualify leads and engage with prospects through tailored outreach. Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Perform competitor analysis to refine business strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing efforts. Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost retention and referrals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: MBA / BBA Skills: o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Proven track record in business development and sales o Strong Communication skills o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
