Job description

Studio Naadi is looking to hire a Business Development associate to be part of our Outreach Team to increase our brand presence on our online media channels and drive creative campaign ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting and highlighting interior design projects.● Collaborate with design teams to gather project information and create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, and case studies.● Manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.● Analyze market trends to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with industry standards and client expectations.● Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.● Work directly with the Head of Marketing to increase enquiries and drive sales. Ideate and improvise campaigns to increase outreach, brand presence.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a similar field● Looking to hire freshers and interns.● Open for candidates who are planning to pursue Masters or are currently pursuing Masters.● Experience in creating campaign ideas for social media● Understanding of social media principles and concepts● Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc● Creative thinking● Excellent communication and teamwork● Organization and time management● Detail-oriented

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
