Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s client base.
• Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with potential clients in various sectors.
• Manage and optimize the company’s business structure and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of manpower solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.
• Attend meetings, presentations, and client visits to represent the company professionally.
• Achieve and exceed business targets and contribute to company growth.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance team performance.
• Participate in strategic planning for business expansion and service improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and recruitment regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and managerial abilities.
• Experience in business development, sales, or manpower recruitment (1 – 3 years).
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with client relationship management and reporting tools is a plus.
• Female candidates preferred.
