In-depth understanding of insurance accounting , financial modeling , solvency requirements , and risk-based capital . Strong knowledge of tax laws, and financial compliance standards. Proven track record of strategic planning, financial leadership, and team management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Qualities We Are Looking For Familiarity with actuarial principles and insurance product profitability. Experience in digital transformation of finance functions. Facilitate smooth onboarding and assist with administrative tasks. HRD Functions: Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters and pay slips. Address employee inquiries and maintain attendance records. Enforce company policies and practices consistently. Employee Welfare: Resolve employee grievances and conduct exit interviews. Conduct employee orientation and update HR databases regularly. Monitor compliance with company policies and coordinate team meetings. Performance Management: Communicate regularly with managers to assess team performance. Collect and analyse monthly performance reports for evaluations.
