Job Description

As a part-time Business Analyst at our UK-based insurance company, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the software development team. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, documenting them in a structured manner, and ensuring clear communication between the business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements from stakeholders effectively. - Document requirements, workflows, and processes systematically. - Share and clarify requirements with the software development team efficiently. - Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outputs against requirements accurately. - Act as the single point of contact between business and technical teams for requirement clarifications. Required Skills & Experience: - Prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain. - Knowledge of retail insurance and reinsurance processes including policies, claims, underwriting, and brokers. - Proficient in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. - Familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices will be advantageous.,
