● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
● 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (experience in EdTech preferred).
● Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to confidently close sales and achieve/exceed monthly quotas.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
● Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools.
● Ability to build instant rapport and trust with diverse customers (especially parents) in a personal setting.
● Ability to handle objections and challenging questions confidently and professionally.
● Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline, territory, and daily schedule effectively.
● Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: Mandatory due to the requirement of daily travel to customer residences for home demos.
● Comfortable using laptops, tablets, or other digital tools necessary for product demonstrations.
