Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate who will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who want to kick start their career in sales and business development within the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective businesses through email, phone, LinkedIn or other relevant platforms.
• Initiate first-level communication and introduce ProSca’s services in a clear and confident manner.
• Schedule and conduct initial sales pitches to potential clients.
• Maintain lead pipelines and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transition to the next stage of the client acquisition process.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and sales material when required.

Eligibility / Skills Required

• Fresh graduate (any stream) with an interest in sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence to interact with senior decision-makers over call or email.
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
