Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in GIS, surveying, geospatial, ITES, and consulting domains.
  • Develop and execute BD strategies to expand market presence across India.
  • Conduct cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-ups to build a strong pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with government bodies, private companies, and consulting firms.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and capability demonstrations.

Documentation, Proposal & Technical Writing

  • Prepare technical proposals, EoIs, RFP responses, and detailed project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand scope, feasibility, and deliverables.
  • Assist in pricing, negotiation, and finalization of proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Market Research & Opportunity Tracking

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in GIS, survey, ITES, and consultancy.
  • Track tenders, EOIs, and RFPs from government portals and private clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare competitive submissions.
