Role Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is ready to take ownership of visual execution across our brand and marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality design assets that support campaigns, ecommerce growth, packaging, and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the founders and marketing lead, make briefs from concept to final design, and learn how to align design with performance. This role is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys hands-on work, fast turnarounds, and adapting visuals for multiple markets while maintaining brand consistency. Key Roles and Responsibilities Brand and Visual Design Execute designs for marketing campaigns, social media, ecommerce listings, and packaging Maintain and evolve our brand’s design system including typography, layout, color, and graphic styles Ensure consistency across all channels with flexibility for cultural and regional adaptations Digital Asset Creation Design ad creatives, banners, product images, infographics, website graphics, and presentation decks Support email marketing, Amazon storefronts, and D2C platforms with high-quality visual content Video and Motion Assist with creating short-form video assets for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product explainers Use tools like Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Descript for efficient content editing Cross-team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing lead and founders to understand briefs and translate them into fast, high-quality design outputs Be proactive and collaborative in a small, fast-moving team where everyone wears multiple hats Adapt to changing needs and priorities while contributing ideas, feedback, and creative solutions Embrace a learning mindset and help shape a supportive, hands-on team culture as we grow Key Requirements Design Tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Familiarity with Figma or equivalent tools Comfort with basic video or podcast editing Openness to using AI tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, Descript, etc. Attention to detail Creative Skills and Experience 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer brands Strong portfolio showcasing social, ad, packaging, and video editing work Strong visual instincts with attention to layout, typography, and brand expression Ability to adapt designs to different cultures and international brand expectations Interest in cross-cultural design and branding localization Soft skills and Attitude Fast, dependable, and detail-oriented Open to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced startup setting We value speed, openness, and a get-things-done attitude.
