1. Contact prospective parents through provided leads, explain the admission process, and fix appointments for counseling
2. Conduct home visits or in-person counseling sessions with parents to understand their requirements and guide them toward admission.
3. Clearly explain the schools curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, and value proposition to parents.
4. Convince parents to enroll their children by addressing concerns, negotiating when required, and ensuring successful admission closure.
1. Proficiency in Spoken Kannada, English.
