Role & responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and explore new markets. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and technology who are eager to grow in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be the face of the company for prospects and clients, responsible for presenting our services and turning leads into long-term partnerships. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business leads via online platform like LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and business directories. • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and business needs. • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates. • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the company. • Conduct competitive market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Represent the company in meetings, events, and presentations to promote services. • Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell additional services where appropriate. Preferred candidate profile : •Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in IT/Software industry (*mandatory). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and professional communication. • Familiarity with bidding platforms / marketplaces Upwork , freelancer, Fiverr, TopTal, Guru etc. • Understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile apps, UI/UX design is a plus.
