Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by promoting our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Present and promote IT services to prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and progress.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (IT industry preferred, but freshers are welcome with good communication skills).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
