Position Overview:

Doors Studio is expanding and seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to join our team in Gurugram, Sector 43. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships and effective client acquisition strategies. This role demands a strong background in digital marketing or IT sales and exceptional skills in relationship-building and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate company growth.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our digital solutions.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in digital marketing or IT sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹12,148.18 - ₹30,649.68 per month
