Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales process to drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a passion for sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present company products and services to prospective customers effectively.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to the management team.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and events as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Experience in real estate, construction, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,054.87 - ₹44,334.46 per month
