Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Luxolis, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing new partnerships, has strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and market segments that align with Luxolis’ growth strategy.
  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage prospective clients and generate interest in Luxolis’ offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations, providing insights into Luxolis' products and services.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, create presentations, and assist in preparing proposals or contracts.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide actionable insights that will inform the company’s sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive business growth.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, revenue generated, and market penetration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferred). Entry-level candidates with a strong desire to develop in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
