Business Development Associate

Lexdash builds AI-powered multilingual document intelligence for enterprises. We help organisations translate critical content with speed, accuracy, and security. Our customers include top global law firms like White & Case, Jones Day, Curtis, leading Indian enterprises like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, CEAT, Bajaj, and Marico, and media teams in the UAE.

You will play a key role in how we deliver great experiences to customers and scale our translator network.

What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate translators across multiple languages

 • Support translation operations with strong follow-through and communication

 • Collect, organise, and maintain project data that keeps operations running smoothly

 • Manage CRM entries, contacts, meetings, and follow-ups with complete accuracy

 • Handle multiple operational tasks effectively with clear prioritization

 • Learn end-to-end exposure across sales support, operations, and recruitment workflows

Much of all these management tasks can be picked up on the job so all we require is someone with good self learning capability.

 • Freshers who are eager to learn and take initiative

 • Excellent English communication skills

 • Professional proficiency in Hindi is required. This is our only requirement.

 • Comfortable managing multiple tasks with attention to detail

 • Adaptable, fast-learning, and excited about working in a fast-moving environment

 • A team player who takes ownership, follows through and finishes strong
